Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Locks & Loaded Hair Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect our time, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the spot to another client. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. * Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service total. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to stay on schedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a last-minute cancellation. Deposits A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling occurs within the required notice period.
